We've looked into this a few times.
Besides the point that practically every Russian photoshoot you see are photoshopped beyond belief - including a few I've seen of real females with photoshopped cocks (although I'd expect many of them to look very good without the photoshopping), from the feedback we've got, to get them to model would be both very expensive and you'd have to deal with agencies with possible mafia type roots or setups.

I'd love to get that content as there is a fortune to be made there but you'd have to have a Russian partner on it.
